ミクロは、年長〜小4以下のクラスです。

バスケットボールの楽しさを知り、スポーツを通してマナーや礼儀を学ぶことを目的とします❕

🏀　内容　⛹️‍♀️

・　コーディネーショントレーニングを中心とした、楽しく正しい体の使い方を学びます。

・　楽しく体を動かしながら、体力と運動神経の向上を図ります。

🏀　練習日時　⛹️‍♂️

毎週（土）、9〜12時、主に青木小学校体育館

4／10，17，24

🏀　服装、持ち物　⛹️‍♀️

動きやすい服装、　シューズ着用（体育館シューズも可）、水筒、タオル、着替えなど
