ミクロでは、バスケットボールの練習だけでなく、体力作りや、体力の向上を目指したトレーニングも行っています❕

ですから、バスケットボールに触れた事のないお子さんでも、心配なさらずに、気軽に見学・体験に来てくださいね😉
