今日も元気に練習が始まりました。

今日の練習メニューは、

🏀体操
🏀フットワーク
🏀ラダー、ハードルトレーニング

🏀ハンドリング

出来る事が増え、楽しくなってきたね
指の使い方も🤚丁寧に
女子も増えてきました❣️引き続き大募集中です。

最近は体験に来てくれる子も増えてきました。
違う小学校の友達がたくさん出来るよ⭐️

一年生同士で。コーチにも本気のディフェンス❗️
二、三年生のミニゲーム

ミクロでは、バスケットボールの練習だけでなく、体力作りや、体力の向上を目指したトレーニングも行っています❕

初めてのお子さんでも、心配なさらずに、気軽に見学・体験に来てくださいね😉
