🏀ランニング　🏀体操　🏀フットワーク　🏀ラダー、ハードル、コーントレーニング

色んな種類のドリブルの練習をしました。

ミクロでは、バスケットボールの練習だけでなく、体力作りや、体力の向上を目指したトレーニングも行っています❕
